I would like to think I'm a very low-maintenance individual...except when it comes to my baking. I love to piece together recipes I find with new ideas to create all sorts of cupcakes, cakes, and cookies. Unfortunately, since my components come from all over the interwebs,various books, and my noggin, I have oft times been unable to replicate the same recipes and figured I might as well write them down in an easy to find location. I will also include some simple recipes go-to recipes I have accumulated over the years.
Now to the disclaimer: I am not a photographer. I do not own a spiffy camera. I do not have beautiful backdrops and props with which to take stunning pictures. Some picture are taken with my non-smart phone. I also will not update frequently as I don't create new concoctions daily. This blog is really intended to aid in my own organization, but if it helps you find a new recipe you like in the meantime, all the better! So please feel free to take a gander, but don't expect the next-big-thing in baking blogs to come from here..I know I don't :)
